I am recognized for driving customer success and project management with a focus on quality and process improvement, particularly in developing quality systems and expanding into international markets.

Charlotte, also a co-founder and Nicolas’s life partner, boasts a decade-long experience in medtech companies. With over a decade of experience working in startups and scale-ups, she has held various roles, including Operational Excellence Manager, Operation Manager, and Customer Success Manager.
Throughout her journey she showcases her versatility and dedication to client-oriented practices. Charlotte’s expertise lies in driving change initiatives with a focus on client-centricity.
